Simplicity Sewing Machine

The Simplicity Sewing Machine was a generic sewing machine popularized by its connection with the Simplicity Pattern Company. 

Like White, Dressmaker, Necchi, and other brands the Simplicity Sewing Machine was marketed as a low to mid range machine available through various outlets, mass merchandisers, as well as independent dealers.

The last distributor of the Simplicity Sewing Machine was Tacony Corporation, but the legal rights to the brand name ran out and the Simplicity Sewing Machine is no longer available.

We would occassionally offer a Simplicity Sewing Machine as a low end model to attract those customers who insist on buy cheap.  The machines were generally mechanical machines that worked well and offered many competitive sewing features.
